About the Project
The Business Excellence Awards Gala is an annual signature event hosted by the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, celebrating outstanding businesses and individuals in the local community. The 2025 Gala brought together professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration.
My Role
I assisted with event-day coordination and behind-the-scenes logistics. I supported the Chamber team in delivering a smooth, engaging experience for guests, while observing how large-scale events are organized from the inside.
What I Did
- Provided on-site support during the event, including venue setup and signage coordination
- Assisted in preparing printed and digital materials used throughout the evening
- Helped with backstage logistics and transitions during the awards presentation
- Captured event moments and highlights for internal content use
